Elf and dragon

Illustration-type stuff. Recently, I've been painting in black and white and then throwing a Color layer over that to figure out my overall color scheme. Then I make another layer and fix up any other issues. This method really helps me figure out lighting before I start getting confused by color and I also feel a lot more organized in general.
